Nice to meet you. 

My name is Ra. I live on an old farm in the Dutch countryside. Besides offering massages and somatic coaching, I work part-time at a refugee centre for Ukrainian refugees.

Education & Certifications

Body-Based Trauma Therapy at Esoterra, The Netherlands (2025 – 2028)

I am currently enrolled in a 3-year Body-Based Trauma Therapy program at Esoterra. This training equips me to guide clients in developing a deeper, conscious connection with their body, integrating mind, body, and soul.

The program combines multiple modalities, including:

  • Somatic awareness & embodiment

  • Polyvagal-informed nervous system work

  • Haptonomy, breathwork, and bioenergetics

  • Focusing and character structure work

Course Relaxation massage (with Rebalancing techniques)— a slow, deeply physical touch that works into muscles and joints with mindful presence. Through gentle yet intense contact, we explore tension, release held stress, and restore energy flow.

Mind-Body Coaching uses a holistic and client-centered approach that focuses on empowering individuals actualization of potential and embodied transformation.

Teachers include: Peter Levine, Staci Haines, Rae Johnson, Dr. Scott Lyons, Kai Cheng Thom, and Manuela Mischke-Reeds

 
Mind-Body Coaching: 
  • Integrates the clarity of mindfulness-based work with the deep and impactful body-based techniques of somatics
  • Helps clients clarify their internal and external goals, navigate roadblocks to those goals, enhance the skills to be present in the here and now and future-oriented, and increase performance, effectiveness, and well-being.
  • Empowers clients in addressing their obstructions to achieving their goals, realizing their life vision, transforming stuck patterns, and strengthening relationships through a balance of depth processing and action-focused practices.

This is an industry-leading Coaching Institute under the mentorship of Christine Hassler, Preston Smiles, Alexi Panos, Stefanos Sifandos and guest teachers including Michaela Boehm and John Wineland.

Certification for Master Coach with over 300 hours of supervised practice hours.

This qualification gives underpinning knowledge, skills and competencies to use counselling skills ethically and safely in a variety of contexts and roles.

Certified by the BACP – British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Person-Centred Art Therapy Skills was originated by Liesl Silverstone (BACP – British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) Fellow. This methodology integrates Carl Rogers’ person-centred approach with the therapeutic use of art images.
