You move through the world carrying the imprints of your experiences—shaped by your history, your relationships, and the quiet patterns your body has learned over time. Some of these patterns support you. Others keep you stuck in cycles of tension, overextension, or disconnection from yourself.
What if, instead of moving through life on autopilot, you could pause, feel, and realign with what matters most?
The Somatic Alignment Sessions are a space to do just that—a monthly opportunity to slow down, listen inward, and anchor into the intuitive wisdom of your body.
Through guided practices, gentle reflection, and embodied inquiry, we cultivate presence, resilience, and choice—so that we move from intention, not reactivity.

A centring practice (in the lineage of Strozzi Somatics) to become present, open and connected.
Journaling prompts for reflection and integration, so you leave with insights & action steps you can carry into daily life.
